This year’s cheque presentation took place on February 8, 2019. Proceeds from CTMA’s 2018 Lights of Healing Gala were donated to Scarborough Health Network Foundation to help implement a mental health initiative for Tamil Canadians. With your help, a total of $60, 000 was donated! The proceeds will go directly towards hiring a Tamil mental health therapist who can provide culturally sensitive therapy to those who may not otherwise seek care.
